- Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150 within Australia. Standard shipping generally takes 2-6 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
- International Shipping: International orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on the destination country. Import duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status directly on our website or through the carrier's website for real-time updates.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your new pieces, but we understand if you need to make a return or exchange. Here’s how our process works:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
